Shipping policy
Free worldwide shipping
Every Pawdie order ships for free, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States, Canada and Europe: usually 7-15 business days after shipping
- Rest of the world: usually 10-20 business days after shipping
These are estimates. Delays can happen during holidays, bad weather or customs checks.
Customs, duties and taxes
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on international parcels. These are set by your country and are not included in our prices. If they apply, they are paid by the customer on delivery.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, email us at razvicristi27@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you, including a free replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before the order ships.
